Easy Guacamole is the best recipe for guacamole lovers. So quick to make (10 mins!), creamy with all key ingredients for a simple and addicting blend: cilantro, lime juice and garlic.
Easy Guacamole is the busy hostesses’ life savor.
You know when you have that week – I have them too! – when you are required to work late because its busy season, make dinner, clean the apartment for company and have an app ready for fantasy football too (speaking of, how is your team!?). Instead of devoting time with a busy schedule to an intricate, but delish guac, (see Santorini Guac here for a guac to impress) or buying something at TJ’s on way – which believe me, sometimes is a must! – this recipe is super quick and takes 10 mins TOP.
The reasons why this Easy Guacamole has been my solid go-to countless times.
- I only have to pick up 6 ingredients at the grocery.
- The only prep required?: mince garlic & cilantro, chop jalapeno, red onion & avocado and juice the lime.
- My bestie called the muddler mixes these fresh ingredients into a gorgeous creamy state (you can use the food processor too!).
Since creating this recipe, I’ve found that Easy Guacamole seriously goes with everything, including topped on burgers or fish (like Buffalo Crab Cakes), as part of a burrito bowl, such as DIY Grilled Tilapia Bowls and, of course, the traditional chips and dip.
In summary, Easy Guacamole is a quick go-to that is fresh and creamy.
The Jolly Hostess twist this week uses the muddler for quick mixing of key guacamole ingredients so you have a go-to quick option for all busy week hostess needs. And, I promise, it’s fresh, creamy (thanks my fave addition, Greek yogurt) and delectably good!
Hope you had a wonderful long weekend! I stayed in Chi and started packing for my trip to Europe in two weeks (and made this guac, of course). Let me know if you have foodie tips for London, Galway, Kilarney, Cork, Lisbon and Munich!
