Sun Dried Tomato Goat Cheese Spread is a flavorful and delectable mix of Italian ingredient staples – sun dried tomatoes and pesto – blended with fluffy goat cheese.
Sun Dried Tomato Goat Cheese Spread is a summer necessity.
I feel like goat cheese is that bad boy that no matter how hard you try, you always go back to. You switch it up to mellow brie or loyal sharp cheddar, but that goat cheese flavor pulls you back for more. I am sure that you have realized this by now – I simply LUH me some goat cheese and pair it with apricots, steak and as a grilled cheese to prove it. And now, I am so excited to add my 4th addition, specifically for a summer spread. I mean, check out those colors!
Sun Dried Tomato Goat Cheese Spread is my fave due to flavor and ease of presentation.
I am going to be totally honest with you – the presentation of Sun Dried Tomato Goat Cheese Spread was an epic fail at first. The fact that goat cheese can be purchased in log form makes it perfect to simply top and serve. See Goat Cheese Apricot Spread. But when I tried this seemingly seamless approach with sun dried tomatoes, it looked like a messy-cluster-f. Since it all goes in one place, and to cut down endless hours of trying to make the ingredients look right, I decided to blend it all together in one bowl. Now, that’s the way to chip and dip.
And remember – sometimes life will get you down, but be sure to keep trying. Because if it makes you happy, that’s motivation on it’s own and you’ll figure it out in no time.
Sun Dried Tomato Goat Cheese Spread also has ease of making and contains only 5 ingredients and 10 mins to make.
It’s summertime and I know that means you are booked through to fall. This creamy spread is so simple so you can make it on the fly. It comes together like this:
- Food process sun dried tomatoes.
- Put sun dried tomatoes, goat cheese and pesto into medium-sized bowl.
- Using a hand blender, blend until fluffy.
The Jolly Hostess twist this week brings it back to goat cheese because I hope you can’t get enough! This bad boy of cheeses is paired deliciously with rich sun dried tomatoes and basil-packed pesto – and will be the perfect go-to for a quick party app this summer.
