I love Cocktail sauce, but ONLY IF it has a lot of horseradish in it. You know when the spice seems to go up your nose and clean out your sinuses (yes, graphic, but so delish and spicy!)? The Jolly Hostess twist this week was to create an aioli that resembled the horseradish “BAM!” from cocktail sauce, but also was a healthy and quick-to-make snack. So say HELLO to Skinny Wraps featuring my Horseradish Aioli including a sweet pickle to balance the spice. Enjoy!

6 pieces of roast beef
6 pieces of ultra thin sharp cheddar cheese
6 sweet pickles
1 tablespoon of lite mayo
2 teaspoons of prepared horseradish (not sauce or cream)
3-4 dashed of dill
Makes 12 servings; Prep Time: 12 mins; Cook Time: Combine mayo, horseradish and dill in a small dish.
Lay out roast beef and ultra thin cheese on top.
Add a generous amount of horseradish aioli.
Place pickle at the end of one side and roll up, like a wrap. So you know where to cut, place three toothpicks in the roll, making sure that each toothpick goes through the pickle. Your toothpicks create the perfect sections to cut into pieces! Slice in thirds.
Ready to serve.
