Chestnut Meatballs with Cointreau Fig Crème Fraîche is a fancy appetizer made to taste like roasted chestnuts in mini meatball form.

Instructions
  1. Set oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Thoroughly hand mix ingredients from ground beef to panko breadcrumbs in a medium-sized bowl.
  3. Using a tablespoon, make small balls of meat mixture. Place on baking sheet. Bake for 16-18 minutes.
  4. While meatballs are cooking, mix all ingredients for the crème fraîche dip. Set aside.
  5. When meatballs have cooled slightly, serve with crème fraîche for dipping.
