I don’t think I could have survived this fall without canned pumpkin. Okay – I’m totally exaggerating, as I could have bought 20 pumpkins, baked each one for an hour, extracted the pumpkin and pureed it. NOT, now i’m just being facetious. But, for reals, I have love working with canned pumpkin this season!
If you can tell from my previous posts, I am not much of a baker. As a result, I do not have much use for canned pumpkin, as I’ve never made pumpkin pie. Until I started to use it with my pasta alfredo. The possibilities are endless! And so became my Chipotle Pumpkin Salsa.
