Chive & Onion Dip takes advantage of the onion and garlic powders of the kitchen and adds them to fresh chives.

I am 100% behind you: fresh garlic and onion is always best. And I will agree with you every time but this time.  I am standing up because I tried this recipe multiple times and was constantly frustrated with how intense and strong the garlic and onion were (believe me, E wouldn’t kiss me all night!). This taste overpowered the chives and Greek yogurt, which I really wanted to shine in this dip.

I promise, you won’t be able to stop chipping and dipping with Chive & Onion Dip – especially when you hear the prep time.

As I am always looking out for my busy hostesses, the fact that we don’t need to prep the onion and garlic means the prep time is much more quick – 10 minutes to be exact!

Chive & Onion Dip

Here’s how it comes together:

  1. Chop chives.
  2. Add chives and balance of ingredients into medium-sized bowl: Greek yogurt, sour cream, onion powder, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce and lemon.
  3. Use a hand mixer to blend thoroughly.
  4. Grab the Kettle chips and serve.

Instructions
  1. Mince chives and add to medium-sized bowl.
  2. Add balance of ingredients to bowl. Using a whisk, mix until full blended.
  3. Either sit in fridge overnight (marinate those flavors!) or serve immediately with kettle potato chips, crackers, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc.
