  1. Preaheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients from artichokes to salt & pepper in a medium-sized bowl. Beat for 2 minutes until fluffy, scraping edges halfway through. Spread evenly in a 9″ cast iron skillet or ceramic baking dish.
  3. Slice bread. Mix olive oil with salt, pepper and paprika in prep bowl. Brush on both sides of bread and set on aluminum foil covered baking sheet.
  4. Place skillet and baking sheet in oven. Cook for 10 minutes. Remove bread and set aside.
  5. Cook skillet for 5 more minutes. Turn oven off and set broil on high for 5 minutes. Remove when cheese is slightly burn and bubbly.
  6. Serve immediately.
